If there is an edifice called Arafa English School, it is because of the sheer grit and self motivation of the institution head Smt. VASANTHA MADHAVAN. She accommodates and acclaim her logical erudition, unassuming demeanor, inmate humility, dignity and detachment in the work. She is a person of unbiased approach and undaunted process. Epithets queue up in a long unending row and language seems to be inadequate to delineate her real grandeur.
Any perfect performance in the fore font is directed and animated by string holders behind the search. Among them, we perceive unique arms of the Vice Principal. To smoothen, the function there is a wing of supervisors right from the kindergarten section to the Senior Secondary stream. This wing includes a set of five teachers, who are hardworking sincere and dedicated, synonymous with integrity, practicality of objectivity.
Extending whole hearted support and cooperation to the supervising section there are HOD's of various departments. Each of the departments – English, Malayalam, Arabic, Hindi, Maths, Computer science, Science, Social Science, Commerce, Physical Education, Arts and Music is undoubtedly guided and administrated by the departmental heads who have proved to be a success in bringing meritorious achievements to the institution.
